VIDEO: MS NOW

Senior Director for the WIN Challenge, Clare Bresnahan English joined Ali Vitali on MS NOW’s Way to Early to amplify how solutions to support women in the workplace won’t just benefit women – they’ll shape better workplaces for everyone, uplifting communities and the economy at large.

Recent research shows women aren’t getting the support they need to stay and advance in their careers – and that comes at a real cost to our families, communities, and the economy.

This is a critical moment to reimagine the future of work. To truly innovate and leverage new technologies like AI to strengthen workplaces for women, and make them better for everyone. We can either repeat the barriers of the past or we can take this opportunity to shape new narratives, improve workplace culture and practices, and tap into AI innovation to make work better for women.
