Keia Clarke is Chief Executive Officer of the New York Liberty, overseeing the franchise’s business operations and long-term strategy. In her 16th season with the organization, Clarke has led the Liberty’s rise as a premier sports and cultural brand, highlighted by the team’s first WNBA championship in 2024 and New York City’s first professional basketball title in more than 50 years.
Under her leadership, the Liberty have achieved record-setting business growth, including historic gate revenue, major sponsorship expansion, and innovative media partnerships. Clarke spearheaded the team’s move to Barclays Center in 2021, negotiated the Liberty’s landmark FOX5 New York broadcast partnership, and launched Liberty Live, one of the WNBA’s first direct-to-consumer streaming platforms.
Prior to becoming CEO in 2020, Clarke served as COO and held multiple marketing and business leadership roles within the organization and the NBA/WNBA league office.
