Amy J. Wilson is an organizational strategist, author, and founder of Culture Shift Studio. With over two decades of experience in leadership development, emotional intelligence, and workplace well-being, Amy has supported government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors to build cultures of trust, resilience, and high performance. As a former Presidential Innovation Fellow and Aspen Tech Policy Fellow, she has led transformative programs to accelerate systems change and strengthen organizational outcomes. Amy is also the author of Empathy for Change: How to Build a More Understanding World and is a recognized speaker on the future of work, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership. Through the Culture Shift Studio, she partners with mission-driven organizations to evolve workplace culture using participatory methods and evidence-based frameworks. Amy is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Maryland, and is dedicated to advancing equitable, adaptive, and human-centered practices in complex systems.
