Beth Rahn is the founder of New Era Advisors, a placement agent and fundraising advisor partnering with emerging managers led by women and diverse GPs - connecting them with institutional capital and giving LPs early access to the fund managers defining the next generation of private markets returns.
With 17 years of experience, Beth brings a practitioner's perspective: as Head of Fundraising & IR at McNally Capital, she raised capital across eight deal-by-deal acquisitions, launched an inaugural committed fund, and served on the Investment Committee. Earlier, she executed fundraises for a $250M and nearly $1B fund at Sterling Partners.
Beth works across buyout, growth equity, venture, and private credit. She holds an MBA from Kellogg, undergraduate degrees from the University of Illinois, and a Graduate Certificate from George Washington University. She serves as Mid-Atlantic Chapter Lead of PEWIN and is a member of WAVE.
