Ladky
Anne Ladky is a nationally recognized expert on issues affecting low-paid working women, including equal opportunity policy and enforcement, job quality, and workforce development and higher education access. She has developed and directed innovative campaigns designed to improve women's economic status, increase access to education and job training for low-income individuals, and improve workplace conditions. From 1985 until 2016, Ladky served as Executive Director of Women Employed, a 53-year-old advocacy organization whose mission is to improve women’s economic status and remove barriers to economic equity.
Ladky currently advises organizations on strategic initiatives and organizational development and is engaged in efforts to increase equity and inclusion in the Chicago region. She is a Senior Advisor to the Corporate Coalition of Chicago and a member of the Executive Committee of the Chicago Community Trust.
