Anna Fink is the founding CEO of the Amalgamated Charitable Foundation. Anna is an organizer whose commitment to social justice, centering communities and breaking down long-standing silos and power dynamics is reflected in her track record of innovation and acceleration of resources to fuel social change spans philanthropy, the labor movement and community engagement. Since it’s founding just six years ago, under Anna’s direction, ACF has moved more than $1 billion to support communities and organizations working on vital issues, from democracy and human rights to climate justice, by focusing on expanding tools and services to incubate, service, and scale.
