Associate Director, Upskill America at the Aspen Institute
Chelsea Miller is the Associate Director of UpSkill America, an initiative of the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program. Before joining the Institute in September 2024, Chelsea spent five years helping develop and lead the largest employer education benefit program in the US, Live Better U. A proud UNC-Chapel Hill alum, Chelsea holds a BA in Peace, War and Defense as well as a Masters in Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service. She lives with her husband in Rogers, AR and can often be found enjoying the natural state doing some kind of outdoor activity.
