Morris
Dominique Morris currently serves as chief people and operations officer for the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools, an in-district transformation organization serving 20 of Los Angeles Unified’s highest need schools. In this role, she has revamped the organization’s compensation system, coordinated a new five year strategic plan and organization restructure, and served as interim chief executive officer during a period of significant transition. She is a product of Los Angeles Unified schools and is dedicated to making our public education system work better for all students.
Dominique previously served as a policy advisor in Los Angeles Unified’s deputy superintendent’s office and has also held leadership positions in New York City Public Schools and San Jose Unified School District in areas of talent, strategy, and operations.
Dominique holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University.
