Eva Sage-Gavin is a board director, advisor, and former Senior Managing Director of Talent & Organization at Accenture, where she helped global clients harness technology and talent to drive transformation. She has held top HR and C-suite roles at Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, Disney, Gap Inc., Sun Microsystems, and Xerox. Eva serves on multiple boards, including the Stanford Center on Longevity and the Clayman Institute for Gender Research, as well as the National Academy of Science Board on Human Systems Integration. She chairs the Bay Area chapter of Women Corporate Directors and has advised Boston Consulting Group and the G100 Network. Recognized with the NACD Directorship 100 Award, Eva is a leading voice on workforce transformation, HR strategy, leadership, and future-of-work innovation. She holds a BS from Cornell University.
