Dwork
Jennifer’s career spans large-scale transformation, data governance, and people-centered change within highly regulated, global organizations. As an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, she has led top-priority transformation programs, unified fragmented legacy systems, and established scalable governance and adoption models across hundreds of stakeholders. Her work in data strategy, regulatory re-engineering, and enterprise training for tens of thousands of users enables her to critically evaluate AI solutions for practicality, bias mitigation, and sustainable impact. Jennifer has also driven culture-focused initiatives, including people committees, training programs, and narrative-shaping communications that influence how work gets done at scale. With an MBA from Columbia Business School and deep experience partnering with senior leaders, Jennifer brings a rare combination of strategic rigor, operational insight, and human-centered judgment to assessing solutions that help women—and workplaces overall—thrive in rapidly changing environments.
