Jessica Aronoff is a consultant and social impact advisor with 25+ years' experience leading and advising purpose-driven organizations. She supports nonprofits and philanthropic leaders in designing strategy, building operational strength, and aligning mission with sustainable growth.

Known for her ability to translate bold, creative vision into clear strategy and operational excellence, Jessica helps organizations make courageous decisions, fix stubborn problems, and achieve clarity, cohesion, and measurable progress. Previously, Jessica served as CEO of the Cayton Children's Museum, built the Philanthropy and Corporate Social Impact programs at The Wonderful Company, facilitated an operational and client services restructure at Global Philanthropy Group, led the national expansion of Break the Cycle, a violence prevention nonprofit, and served as a FUSE Executive Fellow in the Los Angeles County Probation Department.
