Kristina Francis is the CEO and Chief Possibility Officer of Kin & Commons, a strategic innovation firm reimagining how families, institutions, and communities thrive. Her work centers multigenerational solutions that bridge the public and private sectors, positioning family and community as essential infrastructure for economic mobility and shared prosperity.
A systems architect and movement builder, Kristina has launched and led national initiatives at the frontier of emerging technology, workforce transformation, and social impact. Her career spans more than two decades, evolving from software developer to CEO, with leadership roles at Jobs for the Future JFFLabs, Booz Allen Hamilton, General Dynamics, SAIC, and as CEO of Esteem Logic.
Kristina is known for mobilizing capital, catalyzing coalitions, and translating bold ideas into durable systems that work for real families—not idealized ones. She serves on multiple boards and advisory groups and invests through 2911 Ventures, Citrine Angels, and Black Girl Ventures.
