Lisa Williams is the Founder and CEO of Blue Mahoe Consulting, a firm specializing in sustainable investing and business strategy. Prior to founding Blue Mahoe Consulting, Lisa served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where she led strategy, product development, and portfolio construction for environmental and social impact investments. Earlier in her career, Lisa managed investment due diligence for family offices and foundations across multiple asset classes at Imprint Capital and invested in community-focused businesses at Jalia Ventures. Lisa began her career in investment research at Citigroup, covering homebuilding, beverages, and utilities and was recognized by the firm for her contributions to diversity recruiting and workplace culture. Lisa serves on the Board of Directors of Nonprofit Finance Fund and Concert Artists Guild. Lisa holds a BA in Business Administration from Saint Peter’s College and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she was a Robert Toigo Fellow.
