Monica Yoo is the Workforce Partnership Lead at Pritzker Traubert Foundation, supporting PTF's workforce portfolio efforts in Chicagoland. Previously, she was Director of National Workforce Solutions at Cara Plus, leading national strategy and partnerships based on Cara Collective’s model. Before moving to Chicago, Monica spent a decade in New Orleans’ education sector, beginning as a 2012 Teach for America Corps Member and later serving as Director of Alumni Advising at Collegiate Academies, supporting opportunity youth through post-secondary pathways. A proud daughter of Korean immigrants and first-generation college graduate, Monica is a University of Nebraska at Omaha graduate.
