Neha Shah is an innovative, purpose-driven entrepreneur and executive. She is the Co-founder, Former President, and Board Member of GEP, a global leader in supply chain solutions and currently is co-founder of a biotech spinout from the University of Pennsylvania. At GEP, she led business growth, sales, marketing, and partnerships while championing sustainability and social impact. Neha also serves on the Board and chairs the IT committee of First Bank (FRBA). Deeply committed to philanthropy, she is Vice-Chair at Pratham USA, Advisory Board Member at Sakhi for South Asian Women, board member of Indian American Impact Fund, and advisor to the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation. She serves as the Board Chair of the Leadership Advisory Board a the Wharton School where she completed her undergraduate and graduate studies with an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. An active YPO member and Vice-President of the Board at McCarter Theatre, Neha is also a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and recipient of the TiE and E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year awards. She lives in Princeton, NJ, with her family.
