Former Founding Executive Director, Good Jobs Institute (2016-2025)

Sarah Kalloch has dedicated her career to connecting public and private sector leaders with frontline workers to build better businesses, create good jobs, and define stronger social policy. As Founding Executive Director of Good Jobs Institute (2016 to 2025), she built partnerships with companies and investors looking to implement the Good Jobs Strategy. She was an Aspen Institute Job Quality Fellow and guest lectured on good jobs and sustainable operations at MIT Sloan.

Sarah also spent over a decade in international development. At Oxfam, she spearheaded global partnerships that encouraged food and beverage companies to adopt more sustainable sourcing policies. At Physicians for Human Rights, she co-founded two human rights organizations in Uganda and Kenya and secured billions in global health funding.

Sarah graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, where she won the Seley Scholarship for leadership and academic achievement.
