Siena is an advisor to Bloomberg Beta on worker power. She is one of the main organizers of the [Going to Work] conference, a private setting for leaders to address our most pressing problems with work in America today. She also co-leads Democracy Takes Work, organizing resources to strengthen and grow the collective agency of working people, to combat political authoritarianism and concentrated corporate power. Earlier in her career, she was a senior team member at PillPack (acquired by Amazon), project lead for Bloomberg LP's COO, and policy advisor in the NYC Mayor's Office. She makes ceramics and lives in LA.
