Van Ton-Quinlivan is a nationally recognized thought leader in workforce development and a catalyst for economic mobility through higher education. Her career spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, with deep expertise in building inclusive, scalable pathways that help people—especially women—thrive at work. Formerly Executive Vice Chancellor of the California Community Colleges, she is widely cited as an authority on workforce and education innovation and is a frequent keynote speaker at global and national forums, including the Aspen Institute, Brookings Institution, and World Health Organization.
Ton-Quinlivan is currently CEO of Futuro Health, a nonprofit dedicated to improving community health and wealth by expanding the nation’s allied healthcare workforce. She also serves on California’s Health Workforce Education and Training Council. A White House Champion of Change and award-winning civic leader, she brings rigorous, equity-driven insight to evaluating bold solutions that advance women’s success in a rapidly changing workplace.
